The Malcom MS-9C Flux Controller is a precision instrument designed for the automated management of flux properties in industrial soldering processes. Key Features Automatic Specific Gravity Control: The MS-9C continuously monitors and maintains the specific gravity of flux within a range of 0.8000 to 0.9000, with an accuracy of ±0.0030. A switchable range of 0.7500 to 0.8500 is also available. High-Resolution Digital Display: Flux specific gravity and temperature are displayed digitally with a resolution of 1/10,000 digits, providing precise monitoring. Temperature and Moisture Compensation: Built-in circuits automatically correct measurements to a standard temperature of 20°C and compensate for moisture content, ensuring accurate readings regardless of environmental conditions. Automated Flux Level Management: The controller maintains flux levels within a 5 mm range and features an automatic pump supply system with a capacity of 500 ml/min and a head of 1 meter. Alerts and Communication: An integrated alarm system signals low flux levels through a buzzer and red LED, and provides output via relay. For data communication, the MS-9C includes both RS232C digital output and DC 4–20 mA analog output. ? Technical Specifications Temperature Measurement Range: 0–50°C (using a Pt temperature sensor) Temperature Accuracy: ±0.5°C Moisture Measurement Range: 0–9.9% with an accuracy of ±1% Power Supply: AC 100V or 200V, 50/60 Hz Power Consumption: 35 VA Dimensions and Weight: Approximately 11 kg Materials: Constructed from vinyl chloride, stainless steel, PE, PP, EPT, polyurethane, Viton, fluorocarbon, and PA Please review pictures carefully and let us know if you have any questions!
