Design and Construction: The system features a counter-rotating agitator with an inner agitator that can be heated or cooled, facilitating efficient mixing of high-viscosity products (up to approximately 100,000 mPas). The vessel and mixing units are designed to enable excellent scale-up possibilities. Dispersing Unit: Equipped with the patented DBI 2000 dispersing machine, the MP25 allows for efficient pumping, mixing, and dispersing. The DBI 2000's design creates a strong negative pressure, enabling reliable feeding of components into the working chamber without the need for additional vacuum equipment. ATEX Certification: The "ATEX" designation indicates that the system is certified for use in explosive atmospheres, adhering to the 94/9 EG (ATEX 95) guidelines.
